Thanks, you're a hero. I've attached the symbol for Project PM, which is based on my Lancaster family herald (rose) and chaos magic (black arrows). Also, think Dune intro by Brian Eno (?). Main theme. Or go in a totally different direction if you'd like, but something epic. Think Soviet National Anthem, too, but more Dune intro. Dance of the Knights is another potential inspiration. Let me know if you need any other elements to work with. I'll give you prominent credit. Remember, this could potentially be widely heard and will be the first anthem of a non-national, non-territorial internet-based collaborative/distributed government.
